The Vemma Nutrition Company has been an international leader in the wellness industry for over 10 years. They have worked very hard and very long to make their products the best products on the market and they are so confident no other product can match what they do, they even back up their products with a 100% 30-day empty bottle money back guarantee.

I've been a user of the Vemma Nutritional Supplements for several years and I would not use anything else. I use to take a handful of vitamins every day, but now I get my vitamin supplements from just taking a 2 oz. dose of Vemma every morning and I follow that up with a great tasting Verve eneregy drink in the afternoon. I believed in the product so much, that I became an independent distributor for the company.

The nice thing about Vemma and Verve is that if you want to take advantage of the benefits that the products offer, you don't have to become a member or become a distributor to buy the products. You can simply order the products as a retail customer only and you do not have to be on an autoship, or sell the products.

The Vemma Liquid Vitamin Supplement is offered in 2 different ways. You can get (2) 32 oz. premix bottles, which is a 30-day supply for one person, or you can get the "Fridge" Brick which contains 30 2oz. bottles made perfect for the person on the go or who travels. Should You Take Vitamin Supplements?

The vitamin and supplement industry is without a doubt one of the biggest industries today. Do you really need to take a vitamin supplement, or should you take a vitamin supplement? In some cases the answer is yes.

The FDA puts out a great report on vitamins and supplements. The report states that a lot of people get all the vitamins they need from the foods they eat, but many take supplemental vitamins as part of a health regimen.

The report also states there are many good reasons to take vitamin supplements. Your doctor could recommend you take supplements for certain health problems, if you eat a vegetarian or vegan diet, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

The report also stated that your body uses vitamins for a variety of things like growth, digestion, and nerve function. It also stated there are 13 essential vitamins that the body absolutely needs. Vitamins A, C, D, E, K and B Vitamins like B-6 and B12, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, and biotin.

Dietary guidelines do talk about the use of vitamin supplements in some groups of people:

  • If you're over age 50, consume vitamin B-12 in its crystalline form, which is found in fortified foods or supplements.
  • If you're a woman of childbearing age who may become pregnant, eat foods high in heme-iron and/or consume iron-rich plant foods or iron-fortified foods with an iron-absorption enhancer, such as foods high in vitamin C.
  • If you're a woman of childbearing age who may become pregnant or is in the first trimester of pregnancy, consume adequate synthetic folic acid daily (from fortified foods or supplements) in addition to food forms of folate from a varied diet.
  • If you are an older adult, have dark skin, or are exposed to insufficient ultraviolet band radiation (such as sunlight), consume extra vitamin D from vitamin D-fortified foods and/or supplements.

I believe the bottom line here is if you do not sit down to 3 well balanced, healthy meals every day, and most of us probably don’t, you probably should take some kind of a vitamin supplement. But always check with your Doctor first before starting any type of vitamin supplement program. Just like any prescription or over the counter medication, too much of certain types of vitamins are not always good for you.

Which Supplement Form Should You Take? Pill or Liquid?

Everyone needs a balance of essential nutrients from a variety of foods to stay healthy, but in today's fast-paced, always on the go society, we don’t always get a chance to sit down and eat a healthy, well-balanced meal so we substitute with supplements.

What exactly are supplements? According to the definition on Web-MD, Supplements are designed to supplement the diet. Experts recommend eating a well-balanced, healthy diet and taking supplements to fill in any nutritional gaps. Or take a once-daily supplement with minerals for nutritional insurance.

According to the website a lot of people take some kind of vitamin supplement and many people add them to their diet to maintain or boost health. But what type of form do you take? Pill form or Liquid Form?

Typically the difference between them is the rate at which your body absorbs the supplement and how quickly the supplement becomes active. For example, liquids are absorbed faster than pills.

I think that most people would probably agree that drinking a 2-4oz Liquid is faster and easier than swallowing a pill or a handful of pills, and just as stated above the absorption is much quicker as a pill has to dissolve first where a liquid goes to work right away.

Myself I take a liquid supplement every day. I don’t like swallowing pills and the fact that 90-95% of a liquid gets absorbed versus only about 25% of a pill, according to some studies, makes me feel like I get a much better benefit from the liquid versus a pill. My liquid supplement is like a liquid multi-vitamin plus it also has minerals. With just only a 2oz dose everyday I get a daily supply of Vitamins A (as beta carotene), C, E (as d-alpha tocopherol), D-3, and B Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, and B12, plus Folic Acid, Biotin, and Pantothenic Acid. It also contains a powerful antioxidant Mangosteen Plus.

What is Mangosteen Plus?

Mangosteen Plus is a powerful, bioavailable (body-ready) formulation containing 12 full-spectrum vitamins in a base of antioxidant rich, whole fruit mangosteen (Garcinia mangostana) and pericarp, organic glyconutrient-rich aloe vera and decaffeinated organic green tea. This proprietary formula is quite possibly the most powerful liquid antioxidant product available anywhere. Independent laboratory tests show that Mangosteen Plus provides more beta mangostin and other mangostin xanthones per ounce than the other mangosteen products.

Mangosteen is a rare, tangerine-sized fruit, and is grown in a limited and primarily tropical Southeast Asia, and has strict growing conditions, and has only recently been made available in North America. Mangosteen is thought to have been traditionally used by natural health providers for thousands of years.

Hopefully this post has given you some type of insight as to which type or form of supplements could be better. If the absorption quickness is an important factor to you, then I think you would agree that a Liquid Supplement would be better than pill form.

I would like to invite you to try the Liquid Supplement that I use. It has a great taste and you can buy it in 30-day supplies of pre-mixed 2 oz. bottles, so it is very easy to take. Just give it a good shake and enjoy! If you would like to give it a try just visit:

Why Vemma is A Good Choice for a Liquid Supplement

Did you know the FDA and AMA BOTH recommend that you take a daily supplement?

Being a liquid, VEMMA not only tastes great, but also goes to work in your system immediately. Prevention is more cost effective than treatment, and Vemma contains 12 Vitamins, 65 trace minerals, Aloe, decaffeinated green tea and Mangosteen Plus. All in a 2 oz daily dosage!

Because Vemma is a Liquid Supplement, this is better for you than Vitamin Tablets, because 95% of a liquid supplement is absorbed into the bloodstream vs. only 20-25% of a Vitamin tablet, and instead of taking a handful of tablets everyday, you can get a better supplement in a daily dosage of Vemma.

Personally speaking, I can't stand to take pills. I have a hard time swallowing them. I did a comparison and for me to get the same amount of vitamins that is in a 2 oz. dosage of Vemma, I would have to take 12 Vitamin Tablets! No Thank You...

Here's the list of Vitamins that is contained in just 1 oz. of Vemma:
Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin D3, Vitamin B1, B2, B6, B3, Folic Acid, Vitamin B12, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, plus it also includes Mangosteen Fruit and Pericarp which is the most powerful antioxidant in the world.

So as you can see, you have a choice of choking down 12 tablets to get all the vitamins your body needs daily, or you can get the same Vitamins by drinking one simple 2 oz. bottle of Vemma. A multi-vitamin may be ok, but you are only going to get a little bit of each Vitamin and being a tablet only about 25% of it is going to get absorbed vs. 95% of the liquid Vemma.

Since I've been taking the Liquid Vemma, I do feel better, I don't feel as stressed as i use to. I seem to sleep better to. Now will this work for everyone that takes Vemma? Maybe not, but I know i would rather drink 2 oz. of Liquid instead of swallowing 12 tablets.

If you would like to get more information on Vemma Liquid Supplements, you can visit this website and request a brochure, or have information emailed to you. It's very good stuff and I would recommend at least giving it a try.
